A Sweet Parlor Fragrant with Farm-Fresh Milk

This popular shop in Hakodate offers a diverse range of sweets, including cakes, parfaits, and soft serve ice cream, all beautifully displayed in the showcase. The soft serve made with fresh milk has a light and creamy texture, while the parfait features layers of jelly and pudding that keep it interesting until the last bite. The second-floor eat-in area, decorated in mint blue, is charming and provides a cozy space to enjoy a leisurely sweet time.

The large cake illustration is a landmark, and the parking lot accessible from the side of the building is convenient to use. The interior is cozy, but the showcase is filled with cakes, parfaits, and soft serve ice cream, which is exciting. The eat-in area on the second floor is a cute space decorated in soft mint colors, giving it a bit of a hidden retreat vibe. The cake made with pears has a wonderful aroma, and both the shortcake and the small black cake have their own unique characteristics, which was satisfying. The crepes are sweet, and the soft serve ice cream has a light milk flavor and a pleasantly cool melt in the mouth. It's great that you can encounter new seasonal creations and that they also accommodate reservations for whole cakes.
