It is located a little away from the tourist area, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience. Upon arrival, there is a service of drinks and light snacks, and I was delighted with the sparkling wine and sweets. The room with a view of the sea is well-maintained, and you can relax in the outdoor hot spring. Dinner is a thoughtfully arranged course of Japanese cuisine served one dish at a time, and the guidance provided is polite and exciting. The finishing touch of the crepe, which is flambéed with the scent of orange, is beautiful and pairs perfectly with ice cream. Breakfast was satisfying, with miso soup, grilled fish, small side dishes, rice cooked in a clay pot, and even the final ochazuke (rice with tea) was delightful.
