Kyosui Eel Extra Quality This is my first visit to my favorite eel restaurant since a different person moved in. I was very disappointed because I was expecting Miyagawa's sense of balance of steaming, grilling, and stacking, which was originally done here. The fat was gone and the small bones were bothersome. There was also a burnt smell in places from the unevenness of the grilling. I am sorry, but I don't think I would like to visit again.
