This is a long-established shop located in the middle of the shopping street. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and it feels reassuring to see many locals. The box sushi on the signboard combines the savory aroma of grilled anago (conger eel) with a subtle sweetness that spreads gently in the mouth. The rolled sushi is filled with plenty of ingredients like clams, thick omelet, and shiitake mushrooms, allowing you to also sense the fragrance of the sea. There are also warm sushi, chirashi sushi, nigiri, red miso soup, and chawanmushi, all of which are carefully prepared. Surrounded by attentive staff and the pleasant aroma of vinegar, you can enjoy your meal slowly and deliciously.
