The grilled chicken, with the aroma of charcoal wafting through the air, is outstanding in every way. They offer a wide variety, including thigh, negima (chicken and green onion), gizzards, tsukune (chicken meatballs), and chicken wings, with some limited cuts that add excitement. Cuts like obiya (chicken tail) and hizamaru (chicken thigh) have distinct differences in tenderness and flavor, making each skewer a delightful experience. The skewers are grilled without unnecessary additions, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. The side dishes, such as pickles, grilled vegetables, fried items, and grilled rice balls, are also prepared with care, and the thick fried tofu is a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is calm and reminiscent of a hidden retreat, where you can leisurely enjoy sake and shochu.
