A cozy yakitori restaurant

Miyako Tori is a local favorite yakitori restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Kashimada Station. In the small dining area with only counter seats, you can enjoy dishes centered around yakitori. The yakitori, especially when grilled by the owner right in front of you, is exquisite, filling the air with its savory aroma. The welcoming hospitality and relaxed, cozy atmosphere make it a charming spot to unwind.

It's a small yakitori shop marked by a red lantern, with a cozy space centered around the counter. Entering through the door on the left, there are seats available, and it's interesting that there's an atmosphere for casual drinking outside. An elderly couple runs the place with care, and their warmth comes through in the conversation. The Hoppy is served with a squeeze of lemon slice, which adds a pleasant aroma and goes down smoothly. You can choose between salt or sauce for the skewers, and it's nice that they ask if you'd like garlic powder sprinkled on after grilling. The cold tofu is served whole, and you can enjoy it in two ways with a separate plate of dipping sauce.
