The appearance is modest, and if you're not careful, you might miss it. The interior is a small space with only a counter, and the sense of unity that comes with having just six seats is exciting. The dishes are chef's choice, and it's fun to see seasonal items being served one after another. Dishes like squid, pufferfish chawanmushi, and grilled winter yellowtail were all very impressive in terms of aroma and texture. Luxurious ingredients such as eel, abalone, black-haired wagyu beef, and hairy crab also made an appearance, each with a rich flavor. It's a popular place that's hard to get a reservation at, but you can feel the creativity in each dish, leading to a high level of satisfaction.
