Courses
8 small plates of wine and sake appetizing appetizers, rice cooked in an iron pot, pickles, rice with vegetables, and mizusashi (Japanese sweets)
The owner visits Ehime-Imabari, Matsuyama market, Hakodate fresh fish store, and other producers that he is connected with, We also use a lot of ingredients and vegetables from farmers in Osaka and the Kansai area. The menu also includes small plates of snacks that go well with both wine and sake, and finishes with a bowl of rice cooked in ironware!
