It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was very satisfied with the relaxed atmosphere and the special attention to detail in the shish-kebabs. All the shish-kebabs were delicious, and even the serving utensils were very well designed. I would definitely go back again.

Strategy meeting with the owner of a thriving station-side restaurant. Clarify the concept, repeat the study, look back on each day, set goals, and put them into action. The recent situation of Yamagata restaurants is that the ones that can make steady efforts in this way are the ones that are thriving. Well, the basics are the same in any industry... However, Kushiko is a high quality restaurant and a great learning experience.
