It is a shop that is just a short walk from the station and easy to drop by. The staff are attentive, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably from the moment I sat down. The carbonara is rich yet has a light aftertaste, with the richness of the egg yolk and the aroma of crispy bacon being the best. The venison meat sauce penne has a chewy texture that is full of flavor, providing satisfaction with every bite. The ultra-thin homemade prosciutto melts in your mouth, and the concentrated umami spreads, making it unforgettable. The desserts that follow the meal are also diverse, allowing me to enjoy them with excitement until the very end.
