Reservation time = opening time in the afternoon, but there were many people lined up in front of the store for more than 10 minutes, so I thought it was ok because I had a reservation, so I did not stand in line, but watched from a short distance away. I saw the store open, heard a voice calling out the name of the person who made the reservation, and some people in line went into the store. I went to the entrance and told them that I had made a reservation and my name, and although only 3 minutes had passed from my reservation time, they said, "It was just in time. If you don't stay, we'll cancel your appointment." I felt quite uncomfortable. If the restaurant has a rule that you have to be in line at the time of your reservation, I would like to have been told that from the beginning. Also, even after we were seated at our table and ordered, tea was served at other tables when we were seated, but this was forgotten, and even after the food was served, no one noticed until we asked for it. The food was delicious, and I am sure the restaurant is busy and thriving, but I was very disappointed in the way we were treated this time.
