In a spacious interior, the counter facing the wall allows for a relaxed experience even for one person. There are also seats facing the kitchen, adding a pleasant liveliness. The soba noodles are thin and aromatic, perfectly complementing the flavor of the bonito broth. The Chikuho soba is adorned with ingredients like wheat gluten, chicken, and shiitake mushrooms, making it visually enjoyable. The duck seiro features grilled duck that is fragrant, combined with warm dipping sauce and green onions, allowing the smooth noodles to be slurped up comfortably. In addition to meals, there are also side dishes like sashimi and grilled fish, making for a thoroughly satisfying experience until the end with soba-yu.
