The ramen is rich and deep in flavor, yet has a refreshing aftertaste that makes you want to keep drinking the soup. The toppings of onions, mizuna, menma, and thick chashu provide a great accent. The chilled salt dipping noodles have a refreshing taste with the aroma of the sea and the umami of kelp clinging to the noodles. You can enjoy variations in flavor with lemon and yuzu pepper, so it never gets boring until the end. The grilled chicken is also substantial, and the fluffy liver pairs perfectly with the sesame oil-scented sauce. The shop is small, but you can feel the careful work put into it, making for a pleasant experience.
