I was introduced to this place, and it has a calm atmosphere that is very comfortable. It's just a short walk from the station, and after going down a few stairs and opening the door with the camellia mark, you will find a white wooden counter lined up. The pairing course of dishes and sake is enjoyable, with surprises in each dish. They serve a variety of sake, including doburoku, nigori, and namazake, allowing you to feel each one's unique character. Chasers are also provided, making it pleasant to savor the flavors. From the edamame puree and sashimi to the rolled swordfish and finishing with rice and sweets, I was satisfied until the very end.
