In a quiet small restaurant in a residential area, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The sashimi is all fresh, and the bouncy texture of the shrimp and the pleasant firmness of the grouper are impressive. The fugu sashimi is elegantly presented, and when served with ponzu sauce, the umami flavor is subtly enhanced. The salt-baked sea bream has tender flesh and a rich flavor, and there's also the fun of breaking it open. The broth of the soft-shelled turtle hot pot combines the flavors of vegetables and mushrooms, creating a deep taste. The soft-boiled egg and shrimp tempura have a light batter and pair well with sake.
