The interior of the restaurant, centered around the counter, features a fun L-shaped layout. The grilled offal has no unpleasant odors, and you can really feel the texture of each cut. You can enjoy variations in flavor with the addition of fresh seven-spice, Japanese mustard, and a sauce with a hint of cumin. The harami (skirt steak) is particularly juicy, and the grilling is exquisite. The meat sashimi is also beautiful and has a delightful taste that goes down smoothly. The salted offal stew is prepared like a vegetable paste, and it pairs well with plenty of green onions and yuzu pepper.
