The liver is the signature dish, and the grilled liver is particularly delicious. It offers a variety of cuts such as tongue, harami, and head meat, allowing you to savor the differences more thoroughly than the standard thigh. There are also various rare cuts, making the selection process enjoyable. The offal stew is topped with raw garlic, which gives a strong and impressive aroma. You can choose the spiciness of the gukbap, and I found level 2 to be just right. The raw beef tripe sashimi, green salad, and cartilage meatballs were also satisfying, and the curry rice can be chosen up to level 10 spiciness, which is exciting.
