The signboard with the word 'Ramen' is large, making it easy to find even for first-timers. Once you enter the store, you can casually get water yourself. When you order the special ramen, it comes piled high with cabbage, which makes you smile involuntarily. The thick noodles are chewy and pair perfectly with the rich tonkotsu miso soup, making it the best. It is loaded with ingredients like chashu, spinach, and a soft-boiled egg. Since rice is self-serve and you can refill it freely, you can enjoy a full meal until the end.
