This is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy fugu (pufferfish) dishes on this island. The fried fugu was fluffy and had a wonderful aroma, making it a delightful taste. The fugu zosui (rice porridge) at the end was rich in flavor, and I could easily finish it all. The sashimi platter was incredibly fresh, and the kibinago (silver-stripe round herring) left a particularly strong impression. The oil somen (thin noodles) was also very delicious, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The tuna paired well with sweet soy sauce and vinegar miso, showcasing the variety of the dishes.
