I had never seen steamed pork before, and when it was served to me, I was honestly taken back by the amount of fat in it. But when I tried it, I found it to be tender and very tasty, with no smell at all! I don't think you can get it anywhere else, so I think it's worth ordering. It is a restaurant where the owner only puts out food that she has selected and wants to serve to her customers! It is a restaurant where you want to be a regular customer. It was a very good restaurant that I would like to be a regular customer.
