Niku no Yoneuchi is a yakiniku restaurant operated by a historic butcher shop founded in 1899, where you can fully enjoy Maesawa beef from Iwate. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in, and the interior is clean and pleasant. There is a system for taking numbers with a machine, and the staff's response is kind and smooth. There are counter seats that are easy to use even for one person, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment. The kalbi, when coated with sauce and quickly dipped in a beaten egg, is creamy and pairs perfectly. The cold noodles have a firm texture, and mixing in the separately provided spicy sauce little by little makes for an enjoyable change in flavor. The chicken breast is surprisingly tender, and I was also satisfied with the chewiness of the pork belly and the variety of vegetables served.
