Opened on June 27, 2019, it offers dishes that utilize local ingredients. Through collaboration with Harima Agricultural High School, you can enjoy a menu that highlights regional characteristics. As a new dining space rooted in the community, it is loved by many people.

Mr. Fukada, who operates the restaurant 'Eemon Kingdom' in Kasai City, is in charge of management. He places great importance on collaboration with local farmers and has a track record of creating a restaurant that utilizes vegetables from the Harima region. In preparation for the opening of the main store, he learned how to make dashi at a soba restaurant in Kyoto and is operating with a focus on local ingredients and craftsmanship.
