This is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the flavors of Korea. I particularly like the beef tongue, and when you eat it after it has browned on the surface, you can really taste the umami. The offal is fragrant and has no unpleasant smell, and you can enjoy it refreshingly with plum sauce or lemon sauce. The namul has a lot of fernbrake, and everything is very appetizing. The soups are also good; the gomtang is spicy, and the natto jjigae is mild and flavorful. It pairs perfectly with makgeolli and beer, making for a satisfying experience.
