The renovation cafe near Himeji Castle has a charming and lovely exterior. The interior is spacious and stylish, with a high ceiling, and upon entering, the stained glass and wood-burning stove catch the eye. The numerous stained glass pieces sparkle, providing a great sense of healing. The cafe operates with a rotating staff each day, offering a variety of meals centered around Japanese cuisine, including lunch and breakfast. The lunch is abundant in vegetables, with a carefully crafted flavor that is well-balanced and pleasing to the body. I also enjoy the moist and fluffy texture of the bread and the consistent taste of the coffee, and the dessert had a gentle sweetness.
