If you're going to eat pork rice bowl in Obihiro, this is the first place that comes to mind. The pork grilled over charcoal is fragrant and very tender. The sauce, which is not overly sweet, seeps well into the rice, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. When you add a little of the extra sauce on the table, the kick of black pepper stands out, making the flavor changes enjoyable. The cheerful greetings from the staff and their attentive service create a bright atmosphere in the restaurant. Even with a volume that overflows from the bowl, I didn't feel it was greasy, and I was able to finish it deliciously to the last bite.
