Both the roast and the tenderloin are moist and tender, making them delicious until the very end. There is plenty of grated daikon, and it's fun to change the flavor with mustard or grated ponzu. The cabbage is fresh and crunchy, and you can refill it along with rice and miso soup. The clam miso soup has the shells removed, making it easy to drink. You can casually request more cabbage, and your chopsticks keep moving. The staff is friendly and responsive, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
