This is a meat-centered restaurant where you can enjoy various local ingredients. The first small plate features chanja (spicy fermented cod) and homemade roast beef, which have a great balance of flavors and are exciting. The lightly seared Hida beef nigiri and the style of grilling and eating the ichibo (a cut of beef) yourself is both interesting and delicious. The moistly cooked pork dishes, abundant salads, and a smoked dish are all fragrant and make it hard to stop eating. The final dish of simmered meat over rice with tea and the grilled catalana made with milk provide a satisfying conclusion. The stylish and comfortable atmosphere makes it easy to eat with chopsticks, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy the various cooking methods of the meat.
