Senryu

This restaurant was created nearly 50 years ago through a trial-and-error process in the hope of enjoying steak in a traditional Japanese house using a cooking method unique to Japan. Since then, the restaurant has maintained a style that focuses on "how to provide the best taste of the real ingredients. The chef grills a block of the best quality Kururyu beef right in front of you, and you eat it in a course style. The name "Kururyu-gyu" refers to Matsuzaka beef, but this restaurant's beef is called "Kururyu-gyu" because it is older than Matsuzaka beef.
