The "Welcome Course" is a comprehensive summary of our restaurant's attractions and is recommended for first-time customers. It covers all the popular parts of the meat such as negi-tang, red meat, ribs, Kurobuta pork, and Nichinan chicken. In addition, we also offer rare parts of the meat, which are known as "issa". We also offer a variety of dishes such as our homemade kimchi and namul, and a bowl of kuppa to finish off your meal.

The steaks, with their superb flavor enhanced by aging, and the increasing appeal of Anraku beef, go head-to-head. This is a "meat drama" unique to our restaurant that should be experienced by gourmets on special occasions!

The "Specialty Course" is a course of carefully selected rare cuts of beef, the highly acclaimed Anraku beef from Miyazaki, and other gems that owner Yamamoto has put all of his skills and knowledge of distribution, technique, and playfulness into. Please enjoy a high-quality meat feast for those who love delicious food more than anything else on their special day.

The quality is so high that it can be eaten raw, resulting in a bright ruby-colored cake! The "meat cakes" are beautifully folded into layers, such as tongue, ribs, and jalami, and as soon as they appear on the table... they are an emotional surprise!
