The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with two tables on the first floor and a sunken kotatsu seating area on the second floor, allowing for a relaxed experience. The Hida beef and local pork, which are sliced after ordering, are fresh and the flavors are well appreciated whether grilled shabu-shabu or in a hot pot. When slowly grilled in a special pot lined with aluminum foil, the sweetness of the vegetables and the fat of the meat blend together, creating a delightful aroma. The sauces include three types: a yakiniku-style sauce, sesame sauce, and ponzu, with the carefully ground black sesame sauce being particularly rich and irresistible. When you dip the monjayaki or udon that comes at the end into the broth, you can enjoy different textures and flavors until the very last bite. The friendly staff's attentiveness is also pleasant, making it a wonderful place where everyone leaves with a smile after their meal.
