The sagari is very delicious and satisfying. The seasoning is quite strong, and it pairs well with beer and sake. This place mainly serves pork skewers, allowing you to fully enjoy sagari and more. The skewers are made with onions instead of green onions, and the slight spiciness is just the right accent. The liver has a smooth texture and flavor, while the heart and thigh have a good texture and you can feel the meat juices. You can enjoy it both in the restaurant and for takeout, and it's nice that you can choose local sake.
