The interior, renovated from a storehouse relocated from Akita, exudes a Japanese modern atmosphere. The impressive beams on the ceiling create a casual yet elegant space. There are counter seats and table seats available, making it suitable for various occasions.

This is a restaurant that opened on January 11, 2023 in Gessando, Yachi, Kahoku Town, Nishimurayama District, Yamagata Prefecture. A 200-year-old kura (earthen storehouse) relocated from Akita was restored as a Japanese-modern dining space, and it launched as a new local hub for food culture. It is beloved by locals and tourists, and the atmosphere of the kura and the appeal of the cuisine have earned a strong reputation.

Mr. Uematsu studied French cuisine at Sendai Katsuyamakan in Miyagi Prefecture and became independent at the age of 35. At the restaurant he opened in Yamagata City, he offered approachable Western-style dishes that proved especially popular with female customers. He serves French and Italian food as an "everyday feast," and continues to create dishes that anyone can enjoy casually.
