The moment I slurped the traditional soy sauce ramen, I couldn't help but smile at the comforting flavor. The broth was light yet rich, and it paired perfectly with the noodles. The crispy fried chicken had a fragrant coating, and the inside was juicy, making it hard to stop eating. The stamina stir-fry, fried shumai, omelet, and salad served on a large plate were also colorful and very satisfying. When eaten with rice, the sweet and spicy sauce coated everything and made it go down easily. The cozy little restaurant was run by a couple, and the warm atmosphere made it very comfortable.
