A yakiniku restaurant located in Koshinminami, Nishi-ku, Niigata City. You can enjoy good quality meat from various brands of beef such as Murakami beef and Yamagata beef. The dishes that left a lasting impression on me were the thickly sliced top-grade tanshio and garlic fried rice. The top tongue salt was thick and satisfying, but surprisingly tender and crispy, a sign of freshness. The garlic fried rice I had to finish off my meal was shocking. It was filled with sliced garlic and gave me a great sense of satisfaction. The handmade kimchi as a souvenir is also delicious. A good restaurant.

Yakiniku Park Yakiniku restaurant located in Koshin-minami, Nishi-ku. The best are the top tongue, top halami, and top hatsu. The stone-baked sundubu is also delicious, and the garlic fried rice is also very strong. Everything is delicious. You can also get homemade kimchi as a souvenir.
