As I walked a little after leaving the station, I was excited to see a shop with a calm atmosphere. Inside, designed like an old traditional house, there were low chairs and tables arranged, creating a nostalgic ambiance. The morisoba I ordered first was transparent and had a good texture, with the sweetness of the dipping sauce and the aroma of wasabi being a perfect match. The curry topped with freshly fried cutlet had the sauce soaked into the cabbage as well, making it impossible to stop eating with the spoon. The katsudon, with a rich dashi flavor, was complemented by green peas for color, and the taste was well absorbed into the rice, providing a sense of satisfaction. There was also a spacious parking lot, and I felt it was a warm soba shop where friends and family could easily stop by.
