The relaxed atmosphere is pleasant. The skewers, which are left to the chef's discretion, are grilled to perfection, allowing the meat's flavor to come through strongly. The seasoning with salt is refined, making it hard to resist reaching for the next skewer. The beef offal stew with a tomato base has melted cheese, perfectly blending Japanese and Western flavors. The miso peppers and potato-macaroni have a homemade taste, and both the texture and flavor are enjoyable. The ginger-infused highball is crisp and pairs perfectly with the snacks.
