This is a calm atmosphere shop located in a back alley near the station. The owner skillfully prepares the dishes at the counter, making it enjoyable to watch the food being made right in front of you. In addition to seasonal recommendations, there is also a rich selection of classic menu items, and every dish is seasoned with care, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. In particular, the tempura of corn and oysters has a crispy batter, and the sweetness and umami inside were truly impressive. The tsukune with cartilage and the black wagyu steak are delicious enough with just wasabi salt, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. In a lively and homey atmosphere, you can slowly savor the generously portioned dishes, leaving you very satisfied.
