The wide noodles made from local flour are smooth, have a firm elasticity, and are very satisfying to eat. The soup has a pleasant aroma of soy sauce and a mellow taste without sharp edges. It is filled with plenty of vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, burdock, daikon radish, carrots, and potatoes, which warm the body nicely. It was served in a pot, and the thick broth was delicious to drink until the end. The sticky tororo and sweet egg make the egg over rice very tasty as well. While waiting, I was able to relax at the counter or in the tatami seating while snacking on the sweets provided.
