♡Home-made noodles Ryu Aoi 《 Kawaguchi ✴︎ Shio-soba + Ajitama Since we came all the way to Kawaguchi, we had ramen at home-made noodle restaurant Hozuki. They have Nagoya's famous Hitsu-Mabushi and Taiwanese Maze-Soba on the side menu, and their Shio-Soba is also made with Nagoya Cochin (Cochin) ✨. The noodles are straight and thin with a floury texture, not too hard and not too soft 🍜. On the table were toothpicks, mint candies, and hair bands along with seasonings such as hana-sansho, shichimi with yuzu, yuzu kosho, bubu arare, and homemade fruit vinegar 👏.
