A restaurant where you can enjoy a new style of authentic nigiri sushi

Aoi Sushi is a place where you can enjoy authentic sushi presented in a new style by a young chef. From the counter seats in the open kitchen, you can watch the cooking process up close, and the nigiri sushi made with fresh ingredients is exquisite. In particular, the uni nigiri, which enhances the flavor of the ingredients without using seaweed, can be simply enjoyed with lemon and salt. The interior has a homey atmosphere, and conversations with the chef can be part of the dining experience.
