In a shop with a Japanese atmosphere, you can sit comfortably at tables only. First, you order and pay at the register, and then you can get water yourself. Ise udon is thick and soft, with a fluffy texture that is pleasant. Adding the tempura scraps that come with it enhances the richness, making the flavor changes enjoyable. The chili pepper and yuzu condiments on the table also have a nice aroma, making it even more delicious. The meat in the meat udon is tender and has a rich flavor from the fat, providing a sense of satisfaction.
