It's a small and cozy shop located deep in an alley. You can feel the care put into each dish, and the balance of flavors is very good. The seafood offerings are particularly abundant, and the sashimi was fresh and satisfying. The deep-fried squid was well-seasoned and delicious on its own. The grilled chicken skin was fragrant, and the crab miso had a rich depth that paired well with alcohol. The final rice porridge had a good flavor from the shrimp broth and included pieces of shrimp, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
