Its refined, non-bitter taste complements the delicate flavors explored by Japan's leading chefs. ROCOCO is brewed in Shizuoka using the naturally purified waters of Mount Fuji. ROCOCO is typically served in a white wine glass to elevate its delightful taste and aroma.

330ml This is an unprecedented ultimate premium beer created in collaboration with the genius chef Ferran Adrià of the legendary Michelin three-star restaurant El Bulli, which is said to be impossible to reserve, and its sommelier, along with the Barcelona beer maker Damm.

330ml Bouldam, a premium beer from the Spanish Dam company, has an alcohol content of 7.2% and a strong body with a malt extract of 17%. It is characterized by a strong richness and flavor created by the 'Double Malt Method,' which involves adding malt twice to continue fermentation even during the hot summer months.

This is a locally limited chuhai carefully crafted using local ingredients, focusing on base alcohol that matches the ingredients, and made with a meticulous 'handmade' method to suit local tastes and gourmet preferences.

Spanish-style sour with sparkling wine poured over frozen fruits. It stays cold, and the gradually melting fruits enhance the refreshing taste of the sparkling wine.
