Eel grilled in the western style has a fragrant surface and a fluffy interior. The aroma of charcoal wafts up, and the richness of the fat is clearly conveyed. You can enjoy variations in flavor with table-side sansho pepper and various condiments. At the end, you can pour broth over it and eat it lightly, keeping it interesting until the last bite. The rice is slightly firm, and the sweet sauce is well absorbed. Ordering is easy with a tablet, and the service of the dishes was smooth.
