I felt at ease in a calm and cozy space when I stopped by unexpectedly. While chatting with the chef over the counter, I was offered shochu, and the mellow aroma made me drink more. The tofu that came out first was slightly warm, and I could really taste the sweetness of the soybeans. The specialty chicken sashimi had the perfect combination of smoky aroma and the meat's elasticity, making it hard to stop eating. The juiciness of the chicken neck and the fluffy, creamy texture of the mentaiko cheese omelet exceeded my expectations, brightening up the table. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and the careful preparation of the dishes, the night of my trip became a memorable one.
