It is right by the station and located on the second floor. There is a counter and a tatami room, creating a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of old times. The style of grilling over charcoal in a shichirin is enjoyable, and the aroma is irresistible. The offal is fresh, with different textures and flavors for each part, making it exciting to eat. The super spicy offal hot pot has a miso base with a kick of chili, and the flavors of the cabbage, garlic chives, and offal blend well in the soup. When I asked the friendly staff for recommendations, they told me about rare meats like boar and deer, leading to new discoveries.
