Furaibo is a popular tsukemen restaurant in Nagaokakyo. We recommend visiting on a weekday to avoid crowds. The "Houou + Spicy 5 Hot Noodles" I ordered was very good. The spicy, sesame and peanut flavors of the dipping sauce are harmoniously combined with the easy-to-eat noodles. The spiciness can be adjusted freely, which is great for those who like spicy food. The soup stock that is used to follow the noodles is also very tasty and makes for really delicious tsukemen. Please give it a try.
