The grilled chicken skewers are all fragrant, and from the very first bite, I feel happy. The chicken stands out for its freshness, and the flavor spreads as I chew. In particular, the liver is plump on the outside and creamy on the inside, and I was impressed that there was no unpleasant smell. The chicken wings have a crispy skin, and the inside is fluffy and juicy, making them satisfying to eat. The cooking is exquisite, not overdone or too raw, and I feel they have mastered the use of residual heat. The special salad that came out after I made a reservation was also refreshing and a nice accent.
