The skin of the zaozu is so savory! I was wandering around this area and found this store as a souvenir! It's a very small store that you can't miss it. It is also close to Chilcodoro! The products on the shelves are made from healthy ingredients such as banana pound cake, tofu ice cream and so on! But I'll have to go with the "uchu" (middle of the road) here! I'll have the organic fig monaka with miso bean paste, 210 yen! The skin and the filling are separated for take-out! It's nice to be able to eat it like this with the skin still crispy! The bean paste is in a capsule! Interesting lol Like this - like this - it's done! Of course, when you eat it, the skin is crispy and savory and delicious! The bean paste also has miso in it, but I didn't really notice it (~_~~;) The figs were delicious! I bought two kinds of bean paste for my mother, one with grains and the other with walnuts! The walnut one was very delicious! They cost around 200 yen per piece, but I think it's a good price considering all the work that goes into them! It's a type that you don't see very often, so it would make a nice souvenir! How about it?
