The intimate counter-only setting provides each guest with their own pot to enjoy fresh ingredients cooked right in front of them. The steamed shabu shabu, made with a selection of 12 carefully chosen vegetables and premium meat, can be enjoyed with three types of sauces: sesame, ponzu, and chorigi, with chorigi being highly recommended. It's a small shop with only a counter, where you can enjoy steamed dishes right in front of you on the stove. The two-tiered steamer is filled with plenty of vegetables, and the steaming is just right, which is delightful. You can enjoy both beef and pork together, and they are steamed to perfection, enhancing their moistness and flavor. Sauces such as sesame, ponzu, and choregik are provided, and they all pair well. For the finale, you can choose from rice porridge, udon, or soup, which gives a sense of satisfaction. You can also enjoy homemade sherbet and either coffee or tea, making for a pleasant experience until the very end.
